Sal Cirella opened his first restaurant in New York City nearly five decades ago. With his mother’s inspiration and Sicilian recipes in hand, Sal gave his customers not only sumptuous Italian cuisine, but the warmth of a home-style meal as well.
In 1987, Sal's son Dean joined the business and they opened Cirella's in Melville, Long Island. With the addition of a second generation has come many new and exciting dishes to complement the traditional Italian specialties that have made their name famous. As has been the case for nearly 50 years, we’re sure that once you experience the authentic Italian flavor of Cirella’s — for lunch or dinner — you’ll become “alla familia”…one of the family.
